Business Visas

Are you looking to establish or manage a business or make a significant investment in Australia?  If so, then there are a number of visas to choose from depending on your situation.

Not all business skills visas require you to have owned a business yourself.  If you have been employed in the top three echelons of an acceptable business, and would like to set up, or participate in a qualifying business in Australia, you may be eligible for a visa.

You must first apply for a provisional business visa and after two to four years (depending on the type of visa) you may be eligible to apply for a permanent visa.  To be able to apply for a permanent visa, you must be able to demonstrate operating of a successful business or having maintained your investment in Australia.
