Overview

Australia has a vast range of permanent and temporary visas for non-Citizens wishing to holiday, visit family, work, study, and remain permanently.  Each visa sub-class (and there are around a 140 of them) has specific criteria that must be met by the applicant in order to be granted the visa.  In certain visa classes, the criteria can be quite stringent and complex.
