Child/Adoption/Orphan Relative visas
There are some visa sub classes that cater for Adoption, Orphan Relatives, biological child of an Australian citizen, permanent resident or eligible New Zealand citizen.

Carer visa
You may be eligible for a Carer visa if you:

• have a relative who is an Australia citizen, permanent resident or eligible New Zealand citizen who requires long term, full time care in their home
• are willing and able to provide that care

Remaining Relative visas
You may be eligible for this visa if you:

• have no other relatives other than one resident in Australia as an Australian citizen or permanent resident and
• your relative is willing and able to sponsor you

Note that an Assurance of Support is mandatory for this type of visa. Ask us for more information.

Aged Dependent Relative visa
As an aged, single person you may be eligible for this visa if you:

• are the relative of an Australian citizen or permanent resident
• are and have been dependent on your relative for financial support to meet your basic living needs for a reasonable period (usually 3 years)
• your relative is willing and able to support you in Australia
